When I tried looking for an answer for the above Question, I popped up with the image of multiple people to focus in my head.
Soon I realize that I need to have Customer Avataar for helping to put a context to Post which can influence my Custom Avataar and like-minded people.
While browsing through the topic of Customer Avatar on the web I found little information and what I realized most of the People using Digital Marketing Platform are not focusing on defining their Customer Avatar.
I was introduced to this topic in Class #2 on how to build your Customer Avataar and identify your ideal customer.
Let’s explore the session 2 learning.
Why Customer Avatar?
A detailed customer avatar will also streamline your business at every level. When you have an avatar in your crosshairs, everybody involved in the business can up their game and focus their efforts efficiently:
- Product Development: You will be able to create a product that is specifically aimed at one person. This makes the process more personalized, targeted and relevant.
- Content Marketing: A customer avatar uncovers the true pain points of your ideal customer, allowing content creators to produce content that solves and appeals to their needs.
- Paid Traffic: If you’re running ads, you must have a clear customer avatar in mind. When time and money are involved, you must give your ads every opportunity to perform at their optimum.
User Experience: When you know who your ideal customer is, you can create the perfect experience for them beginning with their first interaction, web visit, and purchase.
Steps to Create
Create a long list of questions and getting inside your ideal customer’s head before answering them as accurately as possible. You should ask Everything and anything! The more you know about your ideal customer, the better you’ll be able to target them…

You must be super-specific from start to finish.! Be specific. Get to know this ‘avatar’ as if they are a real person.
When all the general information is complete, move onto the top left box ‘GOALS AND VALUES’ and work your way around in a clockwise direction (you don’t have to do it this way, I just think it’s the easiest!).
As you enter the information, make sure you never veer from your customer avatar’s mindset. It’s very easy to slip into your own, or that of your average buyer. Be them for twenty minutes. You’ll learn a lot.
After you’ve created your first one, the rest is a walk in the park.
When you understand who you’re targeting in every market segment, you must layer them in order of importance. This allows you to target (and prioritize time and budget) your most valuable market segment first.

My Customer Avatar
Let me tell you about my customer avatar but before that let me introduce myself, I am a Career Coach, Mentor, work with People to achieve the Goals of their Life. So, based on this we have identified our customer avatar.

Busy Mary works in IT. She works for 5 days a week and her entire days are spend in meeting Customers doing a presentation about her Project. She has both personal and professional goals in life
During her interaction with customers, she gives product and process presentation about her company and products. During her interaction with customers, she will be receiving a lot of feedback and suggestion. Sometimes she needs to present a customized solution to the client in PowerPoint. She also professionally has to present his month/quarter milestone achievements to her superiors. She works on putting career Goals and manages her time well to give work-life balance. She loves her family. She is very successful and will to go extra miles where she can get Coached and become successful and also she can be a carrier to share the success to other peers
